The “hoe wall” also referred to as “hoe alley” by some locals is a popular tourist attraction and unofficial town landmark located in a Connecticut town referred to as “Wally” usually visited by white Caucasian female teens, most of who are usually lowerclassmen where they pose and snap pictures hanging from a handle beside a white wall.
