Adjective describing a noun that is full of any of the hundreds of herpes viruses present in the world (veterinary and human).

After reading about the fourth or fifth type of herpes virus outbreak in wildlife, the class decided it was a herperrific week in veterinary medicine.

One who low-key has some sort of STI OR STD, but keeps it on the down low and judges others when they have sex in order to feel better about themselves and their dirty dick/pussy.
