herpatratin'

When an individual with a cold sore (herpes simplex B) claims to have a "sun or fever" blister when it is obviously a cold sore. They are "hepatratin'."

Example 1:

Becky: "OMG! I was at the beach this weekend and I got this sun blister." Jody: "Girl, stop herpatratin'! You and I both know that's a cold sore."

Example 2:
"Can I have drink?"
"Hell no! You're herpatratin'!"

One who has herpes and knowingly passes it on to someone else.

One who gives another herpes.

Betty: Dude, that girl got herpes!
Louise: Who was the herpatrator?
