Helloodle is a word used to greet another person. It is the same as saying hello except for the fact that it has "oodle" as the suffix. The reason for this is because it makes the wordsound nicer and it makes the person using the word helloodle seem more approachable.
Sue- Helloodle, my name is Sue!
Dan- (whispers to daisy) that woman said helloodle, she must be very nice.
Daisy- yes only the nicest people say helloodle, let's go talk to her Dan.
church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.
This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
