An expression to show that you vehemently disagree with what a person has just said to you.

Question: "Don't you think that President Bush is the best president ever?"

Answer: "Heck no, techno!"

Techno Heck-No

When discussing the newest, hippest music, one may suggest techno as a legitimate music genre, in which case another may reply, "Heck no!" among other various insults.

Person One- "The New Pornographer's new album is very good."
Person Two- "Yeah, I like Moby's new album. Ever heard him?"
Person One- (scoffs) "Techno?! Heck No!
