a phrase used to much to try and instill fear into employees by a disgruntled boss.

If i find one of these MLX 10-DP phones heads are gunna roll.

heads are gonna roll

Used by higher-ups in a company to sound like a threat to a persons employment. Anyone who actually uses this phrase is insecure with their amount of power and actually incapable of firing anyone.

Those TPS reports still aren't done. Heads are going to roll at the 2pm meeting.
