A portmanteau of “Hamas” and “asshole.”
Such individuals defend or excuse the actions of the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas while being dismissive or outright hostile to the concerns of Israelis or Jews.
Rather than legitimately criticizing the Israeli government, hamassholes instead resort to name-calling, insults, and ad hominem attacks. They are usually, but not necessarily, antisemitic.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
