Poor memory or inattention displayed by someone not old or adled enough to be suffering full Alzheimer's disease. Half of the poor memory usually associated with Alzheimer's.

I had a real good meal the other day, and I can visualize the restaurant, but I can't remember the name of the place. Must be halfzeimers
