In genral, it used as a way of saying "Of course! Have to"

Person 1:Bro, are you coming out with the boys tonight ?
Person 2: Hafftoo!
Person 1: Sweet! thats us!

because 'Have to' doesn't look or sound right, 'haftoo' is the new word.

person 1: why are you drinking so much water.
person 2: Haftoo
