A vocalization of the space between the "guy" and "friend" in order to differentiate between a "boyfriend" and a "friend-who-is-a-boy." Often used in the stead of vague, potentially romantic terms such as "man friend."

I love John! He is the best guyspacefriend, but I could never date him.
