A striking fear of a large clitoris on a woman. Enough of a fear to make your dude meat completey deflate into a worm-like squid or for some a squid-like worm.

I was eating Chrystie's box the other day when all of a sudden my grandeclitophobia caused me to vomit and assume the fetal position.
