Giving up a "Twinkies 'n' soda pop" lifestyle and instead eating nothing but beans sprouts and tofu may indeed lower da gluecose levels in your blood and thus reduce your risk of keeling over from dat cause, but what's da good of dat if you absolutely "die from boredom" on such an insipid diet???
