General Negative 

1) Someone who always give negative responses when asked about anything.

2) A pessimistic person. Always think about the worst.

1)Person A : Let's go out for dinner later?

General negative : No,I can't go out.
Person A : How about tomorrow?
General negative : Nope, impossible.
Person A : HOW about the day after?
General negative : Negative.

2) When visiting a friend in hospital, he'll probably say something like "Oh damn, you are going to die."
