When you are hungry and angry but also constipated. A complex feeling that is rare, but none the less very irritating as you know you should not eat do to being blocked up but your excessive hunger is making you angry. Which causes those around you to tell you to eat a Snickers, because you are not you when you are hungry.

Bro1: yo bro how you feeling?
Bro2: Nunya bro!
Bro1: bro eat a Snickers!
Bro2: Bro I am hangstipated! That won't help me!
