This is a fat upper vagina that is often identified at the top of tight pants on old women...or a fat middle-aged woman. A fuppertoe is a camel toe which is connected to the fat upper vagina aka "the fupper".

Fuppernoo 

A dog that is fluffy, looks like a puppy but isn't and is so cute you can't help but mix in a little baby talk when referring to it; hence the double "o" at the end of the word.
