Not quite fun-employed. Underemployed or not having enough hours but not caring and having a good time.

I'm funderemployed - I'm down to ten hours a week but don't care.

This may mean that some workers are unemployed or that all workers are underemployed, or a combination of both.

A perpetually unemployed person that milks the system by not actually looking for work while receving unemployment benefits to their maximum.

A deadbeat.
