A hipster who takes his over-sized earlobe-gaugings (a type of ear-piercing) out because of his employer's work-attire regulations, and in doing so is ridiculed because of his saggy,droopy,stretched-out earlobes.
Too bad that emo-guy Jeff couldn't get that job at Starbucks... because ever since he started working at Canadian Tire, he had to get used to being called a fooghip after the boss told him to leave his gauges at home.
