foodstamp baby

A baby, usually black or of another minority group, whose parents are on foodstamps. Foodstamp babies grow up on massive amounts of kool-aid, watermelon and chicken. Foodstamp babies cry a lot because they learn at a very young age that their parents are a burden to society.

John: "See that lady that just came through my line with $500 worth of chicken and watermelon? Of course she paid with foodstamps and her foodstamp baby wouldn't stop crying."
