Flowy

The tier just under tipsy. About three drinks in for new drinkers. You are flowy when it feels like every motion you do seems to happen in a fluid motion, faster than normal. Probably linked to the neuronic reactions being altered when alcohol is in the mix.

Dude 1: You drunk man?

Dude 2: No, not at all.

Dude 1: You sure? Not even tipsy?
