Proof that white kids steal everything from black culture, Chef wasn't serious about the term. :D Matt and Trey probably are also making a Bedknobs and Broomsticks reference for purposes of absurdity.
Mr Garrison: Chef, what did you do when white people stole your culture?

Chef: Oh. Well, we black people just always tried to stay out in front of them.

Mr Slave: How did you do that?

Chef: Well, like with our slang. Black people always used to say, "I'm in the house" instead of "I'm here." But then white people all started to say "in the house" so we switched it to "in the hizzouse." Hizzouse became hizzizzouse, and then white folk started saying that, and we had to change it to hizzie, then "in the hizzle" which we had to change to "hizzle fo shizzle," and now, because white people say "hizzle fo shizzle," we have to say "flippity-floppity-floo."

Mr Garrison: We don't have time for all that, Chef! Oh, if only those Queer Eye For the Straight Guy people understood what they were doing. Wait. That's it! I know exactly what to do! Come on, Mr. Slave! Let's get back to our flippity-floppity-floo.

Chef: Oh no! Dammit! Don't call it that!

Flippety Floo

A brand name that was coined by Matthew Kenneth Gray originally of Santa Cruz County and as of 2003, a resident of Normal, IL. He called a Customs Vans shoe he designed especially for Bill's Wheels of Santa Cruz, CA (a popular skateboarding store) "Flippety Floo shoes" and "an artistic statement" and from there it has potentially become the latest brand synonymous with the Santa Cruz lifestyle. He is currently designing more shoes for his own Flippety Floo brand in partnership with Alive Shoes and he hopefully will be featured in Milan, Italy Fashion Shows. Stay tuned!

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.

Pee Calculus

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
I saw Satantango last night, wonderful film but by the 5th hour I had to start doing pee calculus.
