flip n' catch 

the act of thrusting your hips in a forward motion and flipping your dong up and catching it between your legs. Usually done in a hockey or football locker room to show how cool you are, I mean come on, you can catch your shwang between your legs. Your awesome.

I learned a new trick where I catch my dick between my legs. Its called the flip n' catch!
