Flesh Turban

A flesh turban is when a man stretches his scrotum over another person's head. Must be done in extreme heat so the scrotum is more loose and it better represents a turban.

Bill: It's so hot right now! Almost 100°!
Conor: Could you give me a flesh turban, Bill?
Bill: Sure thing, pal!
