Used to call out Netizens for acting unnecessarily alarmist or hysterical in their postings. Seen most often as a social media hashtag. Originally immortalized by Josiah Muñoz of the old Opie & Anthony subreddit.
The idea that a military tank can be disabled by throwing a paint balloon at it is something only a FFWBT could come up with.

An infamous FFWBT once tweeted about his daily refrigerator motto, "#DLTIW".
