Feminine fear of and/or refusal to enjoy life. Often used to describe women who are scared to have sex or enjoy anything at all. Female nihilism, self-installed guilt trip and life denial. Also fear of reaching out to someone.

(person) has fear of flying she can't enjoy anything and wastes her life away like an old shrew.
