A large tattoo on a larger woman, especially in a roly, fleshy area, which could be anywhere on her body. The breasts, rump, or stomach roll/love handles are prime areas for this. Can be very stimulating visually.

An overweight, shouty, obnoxious, tattooed mother of equally loud, naughty kids. Usually with henpecked, obedient husband in tow. Husband still dresses like a teenager. The Fattoo still dresses as she did when she was 10 stone lighter.
