epoch failure

A failure of such great magnitude that it can only be quantified in geologic time.

John: While rolling last night I tried to pull off a flying armbar but I ended up missing it and landing on my head.

Jane: Wow...Epic failure.

John: To make it worse I sharded myself when I hit the ground.

Jane: What?! Epoch Failure!!
