Epistulate 

To acknowledge something. In the discussion of sources, epistulate means to go over what you've just said or written to come to a general conclusion about a particular topic.
To epistulate, Transformers 2 is a terrible movie, due to the plot holes and awful action choreography. It really only had robots going for it, and the characters in the movie, including the robots, were vacuous.
