This is an expression used when people are aimlessly talking to each other and the conversation is obviously going no where.

B. "Oh nothin.."

Empty Small Talk

Doesn't mean anything and I STILL don't care about rape.

Hym "Empty Small Talk and nothing more I still hate all of these people and don't want to be a part of any of their lives for any amount of time and if I am not allowed to remove myself from this situation in a way that does not leave me bereft or requires me to accept and conditions or change anything I'm doing in any way shape or form I will inevitably murder a child because I refuse to willing be cut out of all of the money I am being used to make."

Emty talker

A person who says whatever feels right at the time, makes promises in-the-moment but when the time comes to act on that promise their list of excuses for not doing so is endless.

"I thought George said he was going to be here to help?"

"Naw, George is an Emty talker. He never intended to actually follow through."
