A name usually associated with trolls, elves, pixies, creatures associated with middle earth, villians, school boys turned dancers, darkness, night, and dark asians.

People like to make fun of Elphbert's darkness: When the teacher turned off the lights the students yelled, "where'd elphbert go?!"
