The precise placing of objects on a table / shelf / workstation in a specific usual position that could be construed as O.C.D. affected.
The objects will always have the same home / position. If they are moved, they will always be placed back in the original place. The act of doing this is described as being eelay.

The objects on the table were set out in an eelay way.

The kitchen worktop was so eelay, with items arranged in an exact position.

Elay is a girl’s name in Turkish that mean “family moon”. It’s not a common name but if you have a friend named Elay you are lucky. Elay has super curly hair, beautiful hazel eyes and a pretty face. Elay laughs a lot and she makes others laugh more when your around her. Elay is always goofy and something breaks the rules if necessary or sometimes for fun and she always smiles a lot to make others smile and she has trust issues and she hides her feeling because she doesn’t like being used by people and she’s doesnt think about herself much she thinks about other people’s feelings first because she cares about the people she loves . She’s a tuff girl very strong minded and straightforward of what she says and does and sometimes people get scared of her but she doesn’t mean to hurt anyone even though she doesn’t like you. Elay does get hurt often but she always keeps that smile on her face to make others smile when your around her. She never gossip about people that she’s loves and cares about, she never tells other people’s secrets to other. She doesn’t like to be told what to do, she doesn’t like be claimed by people or controlled by other people, she does what’s right or what she wants to do. She likes being alone most of the time because it’s not because she’s upset it’s because she likes to think a lot, she overthinks to much and it sometimes gets her upset but she hides it but she always to make your day and always tries to make you happy no matter what happens.

Elay is super nice and funny but I don’t know why she doesn’t trust anyone.

Maybe she likes keeping things to herself I guess.

eelam

Eelam is the original Tamil word for the whole island, now referred to as Ilangei. Nowadays of course Eelam (or Tamil Eelam) normally refers to the separate state in the North and East of Sri Lanka claimed by the Tamil Tigers according to the wishes of Tamil people and other separatist groups. It is also a proposed independent state that many Tamils in Sri Lanka and the Sri Lankan Tamil diaspora aspire to create in the north and east of Sri Lanka even after the military defeat of Tamil Tigers.

I love my 'Eelam' country

Tamil Eelam was a de-facto state until its being militarily occupied by Sri Lankan Army.
