Dukopathy
Personality disorder. Unhealthy obsession with a particular journalist. Named after Dutch journalist Wierd Duk. People suffering from dukopathy usually confuse constructive criticism with slander. Highly contagious in a Twitter context. When there's a collective outburst of dukopathy (usually caused by bandwagon behaviour), it's called 'dukomania'.
Symptoms include: Creative interpretation of words and tweets, taking words out of context, repetitive use of old screenshots, lack of humour, pompous demeanor, ingroup-outgroup bias.
High-risk groups: People working for Dutch newspapers NRC, De Volkskrant and Jalta. Social justice warriors. Envious bloggers.
