When you file taxes while drunk(or otherwise incapacitated). Usually accompanied by errors in math, mailing them to the wrong address or even passing out while filing and getting your taxes full of drool. May result in an audit.

the act of being mad at someone else when its really yourself while intoxicated.

Reflecting on things while being drunk, or being upset at someone else when all along it was you while you are drunk or intoxicated in that nature is called "drunkflecting"
