dostedt

Dostedt means "what" in Japanese, or so a 4chan /a/ user once claimed after talking about how he was learning the language from watching his chinese cartoons. It is probably a corruption of "dōshite" (どうして), which actually means "why", "what for" or "how".

OP goes into a Japanese restaurant
OP: "Can I have some ramen, ohayougozaimas sic"
Waiter: "We don't have ramen, also it's 3PM"

The dostet took the form of a big red ball, used as a charm to attract the spirits which would expel the evil from the formerly light, grassy hills.
