The dirty cleveland is synonimous with the upper decker where the perpitrator deficates in the upper portion of the toilet thus leaving the bathroom owner perplexed for weeks as he searches for the increasingly horrible smell.

Evan, being a socially challanged college student, snuck into one of the frat houses on campus and performed the dirty cleveland before making his escape with some of the frat's free booze.
