When you slap someone with enough force that they fall down and their head impacts the curb.

getting one's face on the curb, then slapping with 2+ hands. the number of hands depends if u want to grow extra hands or not but its up to the one doing the activity called curb slapping.

That ghetto girl curb slapped the guy while with 3 hands after he lost the game yesterday. what a shame.
