4. n. term of endearment between two home girls.

Fuzzy crotch balls

The little balls of lint sometimes found on the inner thigh area of pants, usually caused from the pants/ thighs rubbing together while being worn.

"Aw man, these pants are brand-new! I can't believe they already have fuzzy crotch balls!"
