Someone who is in constant state of high level creepiness over a long duration. The other characteristic of the term is being unaware or turning a blind eye to one own level of creepiness.

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
