Crappo Bappo 

An ancient martial art developed in the spring of 2011 that involves distracting your opponent by pretending to do something with your left hand, while simultaneously punching them in the dick with your right.

"Oh look, I'm pretending to put this book away on a reeeeally high shelf and- CRAPPO BAPPO!!!!"
