It can be taken to an extreme as in "Prez Clin" instead of "President Clinton". Consonantipation is becoming more and more common as people get lazier and lazier with both spoken and written communication.

Constantipation

Stuck or highly irregular all the time, an increasing problem with age. Having movement on action items fewer than three times per week... B.S. excuses are usually hard, dry, painful, small in size, and difficult to eliminate.
Some people find Constantipation painful and often experience straining, bloating, and the sensation of a full bowel. Fortunately, it is a symypton (often resulting from interactions with a Zalco), not a disease.
