This is a type of disorder people have with their cocks (or dick, nob, yogurt rifle, etc...)
These people are born with cocks which have a 90 degrees shape to them and that stays permanent. the bend is unusually perfectly 90 degress and stays like that forever. Most of the time the cock is pointing up, but in the case of a Cockzopilis the cock points down at 90 degress. Not a very good thing to have...
