Chinatsu 

A Chinatsu has a shy and reserved side. But she is an open-minded person, on whom you can rely, she will always listen to you because she will care a lot about you. (n) miss japan from china. She is four feet and fits in your pocket. You can take her anywhere. She is a blast in a very tiny glass. You can pet her hair and she will curl on your lap. Basically she is love.

The Chinatsu Rule 

A conversational rule mandating that each negative statement regarding something's aspect must be accompanied by a positive statement regarding that same thing. This is to avoid being perceived as bitchy.

"I really hate this burger. However, according to the Chinatsu rule, at least they did throw ketchup, mustard, and even cheese on it."
