Chai is tea. Wallah, or Walla, is a person who performs a specific task. So chaiwalla is a person who serves tea basically. It's regarded as an insult in the movie Slumdog Millionaire because a person who serves tea is considered to be a low class job.

Chaiwallah

'chai' means tea & 'wallah' means a person who does a specific task, so basically chaiwallah means a person who makes tea - an occupation which is generally held by those with a lower status in society.

some people consider this term derogatory.

A place/village in Georgia where your mother is also your wife and your cousins are married to each other. Most residents have common names like Ashley, Dustin etc.... if you find yourself in Chacallaca please turn around as it is not safe and the local residents don't like the outsiders. You likely won't find someone who will admit they are from there.

I got lost and found my self in Chacallaca county, I turned around and drove out as fast as I could.

Chicano slang back in the early 70's meaning a fat punk sour puss looking little bitch, always whining and complaining.

Fat Chavalla (Frank Fielding) is a prime example of this description. Fat adult cry baby that never really grew up pokes his nose, eats his snots and can never loose weight.
