Chauvinistic pig fucker 

A type of boss who you loathe so much...words like: asshole, bastard, prick, shithead etc. are simply not enough and have become understatements to describe them.

They seem to favor male employees over female ones because, they talk to you and your team like you don't know much about anything to do with the job...except you yourself have been working there for 6.5 years and have been training new employees off and on since your first 6 months of employment.

Our boss, is a chauvinistic pig fucker.

Co-Worker X: Yeah, I can't stand him either however, would you mind elaborating on why you think that about him?

He speaks to female employees as though they're dumb as af and treats them like they don't know how to do their jobs. He shows very little respect for how hard we work and has yet to thank us for all we've done over the years for the establishment.

Co-worker X: Yes, now that you mention it he really is one.

A Chauvinist pig also thinks their gender is more superior than the other, usually a man who thinks he can do as he wishes to a women.

Chauvinist pigs are known to show risky behaviour like filming up girls skirts at the local mall, fake falling to grab a girls boob, asking for nudes on the internet and betting on wet tshirt contest's. Usually chauvinist pigs travel in heards or groups and can usually be found hanging out at the trashiest bars.
