To use the SPT Labtech chameleon instrument for automated cryogenic electron microscopy (CryoEM) sample optimization, to ameliorate sample behavior that limits specimen quality and information available in reconstructed molecular maps. CryoEM is the go-to method for biologists to determine the structure of cellular and molecular targets involved in important functional pathways to cure disease.
I will send out some samples to the New York Structural Biology Center to chameleorate and they will send back for imaging.
