Also known as "The Real Don of Rosetti" or "The Eye of Rosetti" or "The Punisher" is one of the most powerful Rosetti member and RoMobster. Cesare was easily able to take down most of XACA's works. He is a glorious Soldier of NCO. Not many people notice him for what he does, but only the chosen people do notice and work with him. Cesare and Rocco once founded a Organization called Skibidi MC where they would become the greatest fighters in the RoMob and MC community. With that, Rocco and Cesare would also begin to do Prank Calls in their free time when they are done with Roblox.
