a term first coined by neel, a young basketball player in cincinnati. A call and ball is when you're playing 21 and first you call someone out to play defense on you one-on-one, then you ball them out and score.

First i'll call you out, then i'll ball you out. Yeah, i'll call and ball your ass out of here.
