cactus horn

A highly offensive term describing forced sexual intercourse with a cactus, specifically one of the pincushion variety. It's not very satisfying, take it from me.

Coworker #1: "Why is the boss walking so funny?"
Coworker #2: "She had a cactus horn last night..."
