Something that is down right messed up. Bullfullery can be used to describe anything irritating, suspicious, or something makes a person mad.

Little tommy- " Man my English teacher gave me detention for accidently farting in class today... I said Mrs Keisha this is some bullfullery."

Bullshit+Fuckery=Bullfuckery

(...in AP Bio class for example)
Teacher: "And so the mitochondria...blah blah blah etc"
Confused student: (smashes face on desk) "Ahhh what is this bullfuckery. It makes no sense >.<"

or something such as...

(rainbow unicorn flies across the sky and eats rainbows and poops butterflies and brings you cookies)
Person: wow...bullfuckery...wtf just happened...win...

or perhaps...
Student A: "oh crap, i forgot to do my homework"
Student B: "way to go"
Student A: "yeah...ill just write down some bullfuckery"

When a situation is so unbelievably stupid that phrases such as "Bullshit" or "Horseshit" just don't cut it.

My wife's boyfriend told me my bedtime is an hour later this month because I am grounded, this is bullfuckery!
