sic apparently means good, and brer is short for brerin, which is for those who cant manage breadbin, which in turn is for those who have difficulty with bretherin. so therefore it means good bretherin.
first used by james haiksley, one of the biggest twats known to mankind with with a haircut that acts as a flashing neon light saying 'i like it up the arse', on a trip to czech rep.
