1. useless clutter that fills brain space, such as infomercial jingles, ex-significant-others' egg preferences, etc.

2. the jumbled words that mistakenly escape when one attempts to speak when tired, intoxicated, or otherwise distracted

"I totally spewed brain garbage all over Josh when he asked me what time it was. I think I told him 'no, I like green apples.'"
